Individual Counseling
We use positive psychology and solution-focused approaches. Individual situations and challenges are the focus supported by goals designed for overall improved wellness. Rapport building and relationship building within the therapeutic environment in very important to us. We spend time getting to know our clients by taking sessions one day at a time to make sure there is a comfortable and relaxed setting.
Families and children are our specialty. We offer support to both parents and children as they work through conflict and solve problems. We help them develop strategies to improve communication and better understand each other. The ultimate goal is to strengthen relationships and enable family members to move forward…TOGETHER.
