At Reflection Counseling, we believe that life can be tough, but it doesn't have to feel impossible. Together, we can help you find your way forward by empowering you with essential life skills and tools for personal growth.

Group Format:

  • Mindfulness – 2 weeks

  • Distress Tolerance – 3 weeks

  • Mindfulness – 1 week

  • Emotional Regulation – 3 weeks

  • Mindfulness – 1 week

  • Interpersonal Effectiveness – 3 weeks

New members can join during “Mindfulness” weeks to ensure a smooth transition into the group without missing foundational content.

$50/session (or through insurance)
18 years or older
Must be actively receiving counseling (not required to be at Reflection)

  • As long as you give a 24 hour notice, you will not be charged.

  • DBT can benefit individuals by practicing mindfulness which in return can help alleviate anxiety, depression and stress.
