Group Format:
Mindfulness – 2 weeks
Distress Tolerance – 3 weeks
Mindfulness – 1 week
Emotional Regulation – 3 weeks
Mindfulness – 1 week
Interpersonal Effectiveness – 3 weeks
New members can join during “Mindfulness” weeks to ensure a smooth transition into the group without missing foundational content.
$50/session (or through insurance)
18 years or older
Must be actively receiving counseling (not required to be at Reflection)
