Jane Klingberg, LPC

Jane is a licensed counselor and college professor with over 20 years of experience helping tweens, teens, and adults of all ages navigate life’s challenges. In her sessions, clients are given a confidential, judgment-free space to share their story and begin the process of healing, growth, and building a better quality of life.

Using approaches such as Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, and trauma healing exercises, Jane empowers clients to feel heard, accepted, and understood. She offers both in-person and telehealth counseling, providing flexibility and comfort as clients explore who they truly are and learn new ways to live a fulfilling life.

  • Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and Family Studies, minor in Business Administration, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
