Shanon Heid, LPC

(Sees children 8+, adolescents, teenagers, couples and families.)

Shanon is a licensed counselor who works with clients of all ages, with a special focus on adolescents and adults. She provides individual, group, and couples counseling, tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

Shanon believes therapy should feel like a genuine conversation, not a clinical interrogation. Her goal is to meet clients where they are, creating a safe, supportive space where they can work together as equals. By combining evidence-based approaches with a person-centered focus, Shanon tailors each session to each client's unique needs, helping them navigate life's challenges at a pace that feels right for them.

Outside of the office, Shanon enjoys spending time outdoors, whether she's out for a run, on the water, or making memories with her family.
