Tia Krueger, LPC-IT

(Sees children 5+, couples and families.)

Tia is a Licensed Professional Counselor In-Training who believes true healing begins when you feel seen, understood, and empowered. She takes a collaborative approach, meeting you where you are—whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, or life’s everyday stressors—while helping strengthen coping skills, rebuild self-esteem, and uncover patterns influenced by past experiences, including childhood and brain development.

She integrates evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Brainspotting, and Mindfulness with practical, personalized strategies. Tia also partners with parents and families to create accountability-focused plans that honor every voice.
